Ulik Construction is a leading DESIGN & BUILD company specialising in residential & commercial projects. How many years of experience do you have?

We have been in the field for a decade since 2010. Ulik has experience in various facets of construction and design, transforming the dreams of homeowners into reality, focusing on reliable service, top-quality fitting, materials, appealing and functional designs that will stand the test of time.

Are you a registered construction company?

Not to worry! We are. Ulik Construction Sdn Bhd is registered under the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia.

May I know if you provide service outside of Klang Valley?

At the moment, we are available in the Klang Valley region only. Nevertheless, we always look forward to widening our service area and in the future, we would be able to cover the Northern & Southern region. Let’s chat to see if we can work out something for you if you’re out of our service region.

Will I be charged for a quotation / site visit?

Our preliminary quotation/ estimate cost, site visits and consultation are free of charge. Should there be any exception to this rule, we will discuss with you during your free consultation and get your approval before we proceed. This is for homeowners to determine if we are the right fit, before you commit.

Do you provide a service warranty?

Yes, we provide up to 5 years warranty on all the labor we do.

How would be the service flow once I engage with Ulik?

Our ultimate purpose is to offer hassle-free journey in renovation service. Our service flow commences right after client approach us:
1. Customer Inquiry, House Inspection & Measurement.
2. Ulik to provide Space Planning Floor Plan with Estimated Cost to Customer
3. Customer Signs on Acceptance of Floor Plan (Engagement Agreement)
4. Personalised, Custom Home Design Concept 3D Drawings
5. Contract Signing with First Payment (Contract Agreement)
6. Selection, Confirmation of Building Materials, Furniture & Soft Finishing
7. On-Site Briefing/ Meeting prior to Construction
8. Work commence with Site Supervision
9. Coordinating and Assisting Soft Furnishing move-in
10. 5-year Post Renovation Warranty takes effect

Can I visit to Ulik office?

Of course. You are most welcomed! Our office is located at USJ Subang Jaya. We are operating from Monday- Friday from 9am- 6pm. Kindly, book an appointment with us so that we can have our in-house expert available for you. Coffee or tea on us! See you.
